Where your parcel ships from
Every order is packed and dispatched by us from Jaipur. We hold the stock ourselves rather than drop-shipping, so what is listed is what is on the shelf.
Terracotta and ceramic chip on any hard edge, so each pot is sleeved and corner-padded, and nested sets travel with a card divider between pieces rather than stacked directly on each other.
Handling time
Orders are picked, checked against the listed contents and dispatched in 1 business day, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3:00 PM IST enter the next working day’s list. Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
Delivery across India
After handover the courier takes 2-5 business days to metro addresses and 4-8 business days to the rest of India. Counting the handling window, the usual estimate is 3-9 business days from the order.
We ship with Delhivery / India Post. Ceramic and terracotta go by surface only and never onto an air route, so they sit at the long end of the range by design rather than by delay.
Shipping charges
Free shipping applies from ₹1,499 upwards. Below that a flat ₹59 is charged whatever the parcel weighs, shown in the cart before you pay. No handling or packing fee is added afterwards.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery sits alongside UPI. A few distant PIN codes are outside our courier partners’ COD network and the checkout says so before you confirm. We do not charge a COD convenience fee.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed and texted on the first courier scan. If nothing moves for two working days, send the order number to customercare@calaroeditions.shop and we will chase the hub. Please give an address where somebody can receive a bulky carton; a failed attempt on ceramics usually costs two more days and a chipped rim.
