What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free from ₹1,499; a flat ₹59 below that. We dispatch in 1 business day and the courier takes 2-5 business days to metro addresses, 4-8 business days elsewhere in India.
How can I pay?
UPI or Cash on Delivery. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal.
Does this pot have drainage?
Every listing states the number of drainage holes, or says plainly that there are none. A pot with no holes is a cachepot — a cover for a nursery pot — and planting straight into one is the commonest way to drown a plant that was perfectly healthy.
What size pot do I need?
Go by internal diameter at the top, not by the marketing size. As a rough guide a plant moves up two inches of internal diameter at a time; jumping from a four-inch to a ten-inch pot leaves wet soil the roots cannot reach, which does more harm than staying put.
Can I return something that did not suit me?
Within 7 days of delivery, yes — provided it is unused and in its original packaging with the invoice. A pot that has held soil or water counts as used, whatever it looks like.
Is there a warranty?
No. There is no six-month warranty and no manufacturer warranty offered through this shop, and we will not claim one. What is covered is an item that arrives damaged, dead on arrival, wrong or short of its listed contents: send the unboxing video within 48 hours and we replace or refund.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link goes out by email and SMS the moment the courier scans the parcel. If it stops moving for two working days, write to us and we will chase the hub.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. Calaro Editions is online-only; the address on our invoices is a registered office and packing room, not a counter, so there is nothing to visit or collect from.
