Where your tracking link comes from
As soon as the courier scans your parcel we send the tracking number by email and SMS. Dispatch happens in 1 business day from the order; the link goes live a few hours after the pickup scan rather than at the moment of dispatch.
How long tracking should take to move
After the first scan the parcel is with Delhivery / India Post for 2-8 business days. Metro addresses land at the short end of that; smaller towns at the long end. A tracking page that has not updated for two working days usually means a hub transfer, not a lost parcel.
If tracking has stopped
Send your order number to customercare@calaroeditions.shop and we will raise it with the courier hub the same working day. Please do not place a second order for the same item — if the first one is genuinely lost we replace it at our cost.
Delivery attempts
Couriers make two attempts before a parcel is returned to origin. If you will not be at the address, reply to the tracking SMS with an alternate contact or a building desk; a full address change mid-transit is not possible once the label is printed.
At delivery
Ceramics show transit damage the moment the carton is opened, so film it. A chipped rim, a crack, a missing saucer or a short piece count is covered if that video reaches us within 48 hours of delivery.
